Integral Growth

Integral Workshop and Integral Life Design
The  Integral Workshop is designed for anyone who wants to be intentional about spiritual, emotional and social growth. It's a chance to exercise mind,  body and spirit. The end result of the workshop is an Integral Life Design (ILD) that 
addresses body, mind, spirit and shadow. Throughout the course of the day, participants are introduced to and experience practices that they might decide to include in their individual ILD. The workshop is based on Ken Wilber's work and the intensive workshops offered by the Integral  Institute©.

In addition to workshops, private sessions can be arranged to
develop and implement an Integral Life Design and individual coaching is available for follow up.  

Healing Workshops
I also provide Healing Workshops. These are typically 4 hours long and address all four pillars of our being: body, mind, spirit and shadow. There are workshops to address Forgiveness, Boundaries, Anger, Trust, Self-Empowerment and Compassion. Workshops can also be customized by mixing and matching learnings, practices and techniques for each pillar of development.

In the process, we become participants in the culture we are exploring, rather than onlookers or do-gooders. We take the time to be fully present in our surroundings and contemplate what meaning we might discover as each situation unfolds before us.  On a Pilgrim Spirit Tour you will come face to face with the world's oldest continuous civilization, stretching back over 5000 years. You will encounter friendly people, awesome vistas, and spectacular historical sites.

Religion is characterized by a clearly defined set of values that are shared by a group of believers. The concept of spirituality is more general and is not limited to a particular religion; therefore, spirituality is usually a personal, individualized experience. Spirituality entails feeling or seeking to feel connected to something greater, which may or may not make the individual feel more connected with others. I am happy to offer Spiritual Care with clients to discuss the role of spirituality, faith, meaning and purpose in their lives. Through discussion and guided spiritual practices, clients are given the opportunity to more fully explore their belief system and deepen their spiritual foundation.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word for universal life force, or spiritual energy. We are all born with this spiritual energy flowing through us, but as we live our lives, through stress, poor diet, lack of exercise and unhealthy habits, this energy flow can become restricted and cause health problems. Reiki is a simple yet effective way to increase this energy flow throughout our bodies. Reiki works to strengthen and balance the body's energy centers (chakras), thereby promoting healing of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

The person receiving Reiki is fully clothed and can etiher be sitting or lying on a bed or massage table. The person giving Reiki goes through a series of hand positions intended to cover the entire endocrine system and all the energy centers (chakkras). Each treatment is unique and each client's experience can be different. 


Interim Ministry
There is a great value in taking time between changes in leadership to spend time in intential reflection. Where did we come from and who are we now? What are our values and how shall we live them out? Intentional interim ministry can be the bridge for making a transition successful for the long term.
